Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free from any signs of wear, perfume, or makeup.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost to you.

  Quality Check & Refund

  After our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
